Pulsing Protocols

Pulsing in Hz

  • The research on pulsing indicates that pulsing is better than continuous wave light in almost every instance. The one exception is in the case of neuropathy, where continuous wave appears to be more effective. No one pulse setting has been identified as the best for all conditions.

  • The majority of the work is done by large quantities of the correct colors, also known as wavelengths. Wavelengths are expressed in nanometers (nms).

  • The Nogier Frequencies below are from the work of Dr Nogier – he is credited with mapping the auricular acupoints.

  • There is a 2nd list as well, which are suggestions based on feedback from current clients.

Time and Interval

  • Recommended Time: 15 – 20 minutes per session

  • Recommended Interval: 3 – 6 times per week until your health goal is reached, then decrease to 1-2 times per week for maintenance
