Firefly Light Therapy uses multiple wavelengths of blue, red, and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin. The blue wavelengths affect the surface of the skin. Red penetrates tissue and is absorbed by the blood. Near-infrared penetrates tissue up to 8 inches.
The Firefly uses a powerful wave of light to penetrate skin, tissue, and surrounding nerves to treat soft tissue injuries, reduce pain, promote wound healing, and provide therapy for chronic conditions.
Firefly Light Therapy™ is a unique service administered by trained staff. Manufactured by Bales Photonics in California, Firefly is a multi-spectrum LED light therapy that addresses pain, neurological disorders, and issues caused by pathogens such as viruses and harmful bacteria.
Our Firefly Light Treatment is the only one of our therapies that is administered by a trained member of staff.

Your first treatment involves two elements. First, you will be given an F-scan, which is done using a small device that you will hold in your hand for two minutes.
The results of the F-Scan will then enable your therapist to target any pathogens identified by the F-scan along with treating any specific areas you have personally identified where you are experiencing pain or other concerns such as side effects from chemo therapy or surgery.
The first session will last approximately 50-60 minutes including the F-scan, and should then be followed up by two or three further treatments over the next 14 days, and thereafter with between one and three treatment sessions a month. You will also be given a second F-scan when the first three treatments have been completed to establish how successful the treatment has been to eliminate pathogens from your system.
Your treatment will be provided by either Ashley Butler or Kari Black. Both are licensed to administer Firefly Light Therapy treatments.
Kari Black is a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). She is available for Firefly treatments Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4pm, by appointment.
Ashley Butler is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons, by appointment.
